		<description>Since an American election has not gone to the House of Representatives in over a century, and since we still have weeks to go before the election, this result is unlikely, but if it were to happen, and the election went to the House of Representatives, each state would have a single vote and vote as a delegation, and McCain would be elected 28-23 (DC having a vote as well as the 50 states).</description>
